Pyro Energie Co., Ltd. visions the problem of the amount of end-of-life tires (ELTs) that have become abundant in both the industrial sector and the community.
With 1.5 billion ELTs disposed of worldwide annually, this makes up 2-3% of all waste material collected. The number of tires disposed of yearly tends to increase along with the economic growth rate and urban communities. In which only a tiny proportion of tires are being correctly disposed of. This can lead to major concerns about the environment.
From the problems mentioned above, the company sees the opportunity to gather used tires from both the industrial sector and the community and convert them into alternative energy through the process called “Pyrolysis”
